Blizzard (for Overwatch)
This seems like a joke. Just another multiplayer arena shooter has outstanding creative vision, direction, and design?

I enjoyed overwatch but agree that it is grossly overrated. It definitely wasn't on my radar for GOY!

My problem is that I will not buy Blizzard games. I loved their first games; like the original StarCraft and WarCraft. I bought all of the sequels; but then I bought The Wrath of the Lich King. I paid $60 for the game and brought it home to be told I have to set up an account and pay more. Plus, since I took it out the box, they refused to take it back. It sits, not played, on a shelf as a reminder not to ever go there again. Once burned; twice stupid is my saying and I do not forget for a very long time.

I have friends that enjoy WOW games; but I refuse. I am also not a fan of the multiplayer games. Give me a world to explore and many hidden objects and secrets/enemies and I am a happy camper.

Yeah I figured OW would take it. People jumped on that game sooooo fast, and for good reason, its lots of fun. The amount of DLC they have added to it makes the community stick around so much longer.

Wow. Ooops, sorry. But to go in and buy that and not know it was a subscription based MMORPG? And not only that but the most popular one ever? You could get a free trial and they might even let you download the base game for free at this point.

On the flip side, Im not really interested in adding up all I have spent on that game with all its expansion packs and the monthly subscription price. Probably close to a couple grand at this point.

And that is why it sits on my shelf - a reminder not to buy another WOW! Should I have known before I bought it; yes. However; I had one salesman that said I could play it without paying - that was different than the information I had online and I took a chance. So I learned two lessons: Don't buy WOW and don't listen to stupid salesmen! Some people take out student loans to get so smart so quick!
