Nintendo DSi - Have you tried it?
I was hesitant about buying the Nintendo DSi since everyone seems so happy with the DS lite. However, the thing that I find most helpful is that I can surf the web for News, Weather, Movie times and check email on the DSi. This is more convenient that carrying around a laptop.
The bigger screen and ability to take SD cards is another big step. Overall, I am very happy with it. I had no portable gaming system so this actually exceeded my expectations.
