Default Mafia: The City Of Lost Heaven

Are there any fans of that game here?

I do adore the game "Mafia: The City Of Lost Heaven". It's the best game I've ever played in my life. Used to be a great hit in 2002.
I've not played video games for years but that gangsters and mafia game still remains my all time fav. Everything by far was awesome: the plot, the old cars, the city (I adore the city, it reminds Chicago and to a lesser extent NYC), the ambience... And the ending. It was terrific.
And yes, the soundtrack was staggering too. 'Lake Of Fire', Lordz Of Brooklyn at the end of the game was cool.
Playing that game you feel yourself like you are the character in the 'Godfather', 'Goodfellas' or 'The Untouchables' Lol

I still wonder are they gonna release the second part of that game?

Some game pics:

'Lake Of Fire' off the score

Thanks for reminding me of this game - yes, I love it as well. I played it on PC back when it first came out and at the time it was probably my "favorite ever". I love the music - I think it is mostly Django Reinhardt if I remember right. That 30s jazz was really all I needed in order to love the game's atmosphere.
Anyway, I just bought a used ps2 copy online - so I can prepare for the new version coming out, I think, later this year.
