I tried it one time and it was fun it weighs you and tells your BMI(?) and then sets ups speeds for you and keeps track of your progress. But Like i said I only did it one time at my brothers house i really like the running part and also the soccer ball part... so I was considering buying it but would like to hear from other people who have used it long term.
It's fun and I think Wii Fit works better for someone who is just trying to have fun, or someone who hasn't exercised for awhile. I get a much better workout at the gym. In any case, you do burn calories, it's a lot of fun, and it's a great way to bond with your kids. My 8 year old loves running around the park and the soccer, and he'll sometimes do the yoga. We joke on each other when we get boinked on the head with cleats. I'm hoping to try some of the other exercise games too.
I try to use it everyday and I do 40 minutes of aerobics and yoga (and I do like the hula hoop too). I don't have time to go to the gym and I can do this late at night or early in the morning.
I have a friend who lost 8 lbs. doing Wii Fit.
For me, it's a good workout
it works for me... I'm not into the excersise thing but needed something to help my back pain.... I'm sold on it ... only have used it for 10 days.. I can feel the difference already
