Here is my list:

1. Civilization 3 Gold
I spent so many sleepless nights playing this game. I played against cousins and neighbors and was always fun. We used to have games on huge maps. The games could take days to finish but we did not mind; It was always fun.

2. Star Wars Empires at War (original)
Back when I started college this was my scape from real life and responsavilities. I loved this game for its depth and its accuracy with the Star Wars Universe. This game made me get Cs instead of Bs and Bs instead of As back in college. Good thing the Developers listened to the player base and destroyed the game with unesesary balance patches and interface change. (They wanted to make it more WoW-like)

3. Final Fantasy VII
This game introduced me to RPG games. I've finished this game about 5 times in the last 9 years. The last time I played it I did not like that much any more because my expectations as a gamer have changed, but this game was THE best in its time.

4. Dominions 3 : The Awakening
Dominions is by far one of the most complete and content staturated Strategy game I've ever played. There are thousands of unique units, all with unique stats, spells, weapons, you name it. Comes with an map, scenario, and unit editor. Multiplayer. You can play games that last a couple of minutes to games that can take months to finish.

1) The Grand Theft Auto series (mainly GTA 3, Vice City, San Andreas, and IV) (PlayStation 2)
2) Call of Duty 4 (Playstation 3)
3) SOCOM series except for SOCOM: Confrontation (PlayStation 2)

Yes I know all these have shooting but just my kind of games (FPS) and mostly sports games.

World of Warcraft is the best!!! Having a good processor (quad core, and good video card really helps. I have a GTX 275 and the World of Warcraft looks phenominal. Call of Duty 4 fun also. I can't wait for Star Craft 2 to come out though. That game is going to be killer. It in beta mode now. Should be out soon. Think it will only be released as a PC game though.
