Sim City 4 (SimCity, commercial, Family, problems)

I have sim city 4, and i was wondering who else does. Although i find it really addicting, i was wondering if anyone knows how to get the top level skyscrapers.

I can never seem to get enough demand and/or keep it for my cities to really blossum.

Can someone please help me!

I played it a few years ago. Don't know how to get top level skyscrapers but there are, or were, dedicated websites to this game. I had a blast downloading new building models and adding it to my city. Literally hundreds of user-made downloads and modifications available.

To get the high skyscrapers you have to have a well balanced economy, a clean city, electricity, water, and plenty of high end commercial space.

I had SC4 in-till yesterday when i had to wipe my Computer -sigh- i'm going to now take a 2 month hiatus form it But i do have some key links for you that you will like and i did make a ton of videos.

This site is a great site for Newbies advancing on up into the Major world. This site is the biggest but always has problems its very slow, but since you want Skyscrapers this is the best site for all the Transportation upgrades and game updates you have to go to Devotion. But for Terrain & water skins you have to go to Simtropolis. for some key best skyscrapers makers or teams type "NDEX , Sim Rabbit , Skyscraper , Freedom tower (who ever makes that has a great skyscraper collection) Ill tonkso and a few others which i'm sure you'll find. Almost all of NYC , UK , Hong Kong and Chicago have been done in the custom content world, also look up buildings form Jersey City , Charlotte , Cleveland and Cali.

This site is for the more advanced player , but also has a ton of cool stuff on it. They will help you more on this site. We also uploaded the night light fix onto the site for the custom buildings. Note that the downloading exchange is a different registration. I also feel that this site is more like family. But due note the DL section is mostly custom content form teams unlike Simtropolis. Look in the Transportation forums for the latest Transportation DL and crazes.

still, what I'm really looking for is how to get the largest skyscrapers in the game that are built from high-density zones, not plopable mods. I've tried a few methods, but somehow they dont seem to work for me.


I think my biggest problem is how to lay out my zones.
