Hi so I've been out of the game for along time and Im pretty much still a novice. I've been treated with my depression and anxiety problems, and that has kept me out for a long time.
I am 24!
In high school my sophomore year in high school through senior I was taking class all year long in Broadcast Video Production. I've learned about it my first year was just test and text book work. My 2nd and 3rd year consist of making segments for the school TV news. So I have written out film and edited my segments. Im not the best but with my grades from my memory were Bs. I've graduated high school in 2010 and I haven't edited and made segments since then so at least for 5 years.
How do I get started again? How to create my own cinematography?
How can I make special effects?
Is final cut pro still popular?
I watch Mark Miller youtube video I love him and the adventures he and his boyfriend go on! However Mark tells a story on his vlogs and his editing are so cool, and I see them evolve overtime. I wish I could do the things he does.
How can I make creative vlogs with a crappy camera and with imovie? I don't have much money on me!
I thought about making a video about some subjects that we go through by voice over and for the B-roll just random everything we see but don't pay attention to. I also plan on making youtube videos about my opinions on current events.
Im going back to college this year and Im already on the TV Production Technology AS degree, maybe I will be influence by something else and try to see what I can come up with.
