Default Moseley / Chesterfield County

Just curious if anyone has anything good or bad to say about Moseley and Chesterfield County in general? In my research, I found quite a few homes in Moseley that seemed to be pretty affordable and the area looks to be very pretty. I worry, though, that when you see real affordable areas that there may be reasons (ie not as good an area as neighboring, more expensive cities). What cities in Chesterfield county are the best as far as low crime, decent schools, good community, etc.? How does Chesterfield county compare to Hanover county? Any thoughts?

Mosely is a very nice area of Chesterfield County, in a sought after school district. It is very close to Hampton Park, Foxfire, and swift creek reservoir. It is up and coming and land was bought up by some developers to put in large housing tracts, but it is still rural.

I thought it looked very pretty. Up and coming is perfect and a good school district is so important. I like the rural part too. Thanks for your input as always

Sorry for the delay in reply - Just back from 1-1/2 weeks in Orlando.

What you describe sounds lovely. This will definitely be on my list when we come out next month for our house search. I really appreciate the information.

Thanks - The whole county sounds like it's worth serious consideration. I'll check into Chesterfield too.
