nice place/or pass on by ?? looking for seasons/hiking/smaller town feel. Affordable but nice homes. Any malls/shopping there??how far to closest??empty nesters.healthcare??any info is appreciated.thanks

Try fishersville. It's between staunton and waynesboro. It has a hospital close by, all-season resort about 20 miles away, good schools, and everything you need. Colonial mall in staunton. If you want something better, you could try bridgewater, which is like 10 miles away. It is a small town(about 5,000 pop.), has a low crime rate, close to shopping malls, stores, etc.. And you've got harrisonburg close by.

Try Blacksburg Or Christiansburg Areas....
....both Have Very Low Crime Rates Wonderful Hospitals
With Specialists....low Home Prices....no
Personnel Property Tax...you Have Mountains,
Water, The Huckleberry Trail...great Outdoor Living....the New River Valley Mall
Has All The Major Stores.
