Amherst? Lynchburg? Bedford?
I am currently teaching Special Ed in the Chesapeake School system and have made a few trips to the above mentioned areas. I anticipate relocation at the end of this school year and would appreciate any info regarding schools, (teacher pay/benefits), real estate $ (we would like an acre or two..is it possible for $150,000 +/-), what to stay away from, or anything else that might be beneficial. It's so hard, and confusing, to find specific info on-line and I would really appreciate some honest insight.
