I have a car that has a brake light at the back window as well.
Apparently, that light is not working but the regular brake taillights are working. My car failed since that back window light is not working. Many cars do not even have that back window light. I was wondering if that was part of the inspection process....since my regular taillights do work. thanks. |

Gee, I don't know. I would think if you have it, it has to work. But why not call a couple of inspection stations (not the one that failed you) and ask them? They should be able to tell you.
