Default Relocating to Charlottesville - Apt. Complexes?

I'm relocating in October to Charlottesville and am interested in any information on apartment complexes. I am not a student, so I am looking for something that quiet and respectful. But I am working at UVA so closer to the university wouldn't be a terrible thing. My main concerns are safety and noise, I guess.

I have been looking specifically at North Woods at the Four Seasons, Abbington Crossing, Barclay Place, Westgate, Woodgate and Woodlane Apartments, Lakeside, Carriage Hill, and Avemore (a bit out of my price range).

If anyone has any info on these or recommendations for others that would be great! Thanks so much. I appreciate any advice.

Politely bumping.

We will be moving there soon too, and are wondering the same thing. Also looking for the same criteria. We have two young kids but husband will be working at UVa. So we'd like something, quiet, safe, but still relatively close to campus.

Edit:

We are also open to renting homes or townhomes in residential areas.

My knowledge is limited
Turtle Creek was a pretty good place to live, I lived there for a while.
Trophy Chase, nearby, is NOT a very nice place to live.
