The SW part has a lot of trouble, but central VA is not exactly doing that well either, just look at Lynchburg, Farmville etc, driving through these towns is depressing.

I have a problem believing articles when they cannot get basic spelling right - "Loudoun" is spelled as "Loudon." Makes me wonder what else they got wrong in their research.

Farmville has always been depressing. If it weren't for Longwood, that town would have fallen into the Earth decades ago.
