The SW part has a lot of trouble, but central VA is not exactly doing that well either, just look at Lynchburg, Farmville etc, driving through these towns is depressing.

I have a problem believing articles when they cannot get basic spelling right - "Loudoun" is spelled as "Loudon."
Makes me wonder what else they got wrong in their research.
