So I live currently in Florida and hate it. Im looking to move to a new state with a friend of mine. Im looking to move more north but im not sure which city or state to move to. I do telemarketing so i would be looking for a place where there is some phone jobs available. Thank you so much for helping with any info you can.

Boy do you like the thankless jobs ...

I don't know much about telemarketing opportunities in Virginia (you posted in our forum) but there are several telemarketing firms that hire in Maryland. Search Telemarketing in Maryland.

I recommend that you expand your job search to include Call Centers. Given your telemarketing experience, you should be able to use that as related experience that will let you pick up a call center job. There are several big insurance call centers in our Northern Virginia area, including GEICO Headquarters in Fredericksburg VA. GEICO also has a call center in Virginia Beach, which might be closer to the Florida life-style. There may be more job opportunities in the greater DC/VA/MD Washington/Baltimore area but our cost of living is seriously more expensive than you are used to.
