After searching for awhile I didn't see anything related to our specific quest.

Retiring in our 50s. Looking to find a place to live and keep our 42' sailboat. Planning to use home as a base to do some extended cruising in our boat. Looking for the following characteristics:

- close to a marina and the water
- neighborhood feel with walking distance to a few places to eat/drink
- within 30 minutes of city amenities
- lower taxes
- 2-3 bedroom home or condo around 300k
- 10 minute or less drive to groceries and general shopping
- low crime rate
- generally quiet with city type amenities nearby

Currently live in a Columbus, Ohio suburb. Absolutely love Annapolis Md but do not want the taxes.

Hopefully that all helps. I appreciate your insight!
