Is there construction going on in the area of I95N (Exit 133 to Warrenton). I've heard that the HOV lanes are either being added or expanded.

If we're traveling north to Fredericksburg to take Exit 133 (Warrenton Rd.), should we expect serious delays or would you recommend another route (ie, Rte. 64 to 81) the end of March 2014.

We just used Rte. 64 on our drive to Myrtle Beach and encountered a nasty fog bank so we're not too keen on that route.

The HOV lanes are being extended down to Northern Stafford County. If you're exiting at 133, it won't affect you at all.

(That's not to say that some other construction might be happening... but you won't be affected by the big project)
