I agree. Where I grew up on Bristol, VA and we're close to North Carolina. Boone is around an hour away and it is pretty similar to Bristol IMO. I would think that VA has quite a bit in common with NC. Mountains in the West...flat in the middle...oceans in the east. Large tobacco history in both states. Intertwined NASCAR history.

Seem similar enough to me.
