Default Does anyone know if # of parking spaces can affect value of home?
Our HOA is considering assigning 2 parking spaces to each unit with most units having the 2 directly in front of their townhomes.

However - my second space will be located a few yards away as will some of my other neighbors.

Does anyone know if this will negatively affect the value of my townhouse?

It wont affect the appraised value of your home, but it could affect the marketability of it. I can't imagine it would matter a whole lot to most buyers, but in this market you want to have as many things going for you as possible.
