I assume you have checked the usuals... roanoke.com, monster.com, careerbuilder.com? As for rentals, pick up one of the apartment guides that you will find. Are you looking for an apartment or house rental. I lived in Roanoke and stayed in an apartment behind Tanglewood Mall. That is a wonderful and convenient area. It was called Honeywood Apartments. The rent was very reasonable and I could walk to a mall, restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, movie theatre, you name it. If I were going to rent in Roanoke that would be my first choice. You also have a place called Pebble Creek Apartments, which is right behind Honeywood. Both places have good management and nice apts. Good luck hunting for jobs, though, thats another story.
