Not exactly. Bumper stickers with stuff like "S___ Happens" (with the letters filled in) are illegal in VA.

People I talk to do not think it is a state regulated item. Not cool, and hopefully it will pass soon before they cause accidents, How stupid.

you mean you think the state should pass laws because people have bad taste?
whats next? outlaw soccer balls on the back of mini vans?
come on I think they are tastless also but I dont want the state telling me what kind of class I have to show. let them try to do something important like stopping the robberies.

If that offends people, what about the bump stickers that plainly say "F" you on them,.does that bother anyone?...The old lady that walks her dog passed my house every day offends me because I can see the dogs nuts, she should put pampers on him..I have to stop going to the zoo,.because the monkeys are touching themselves and I have to try and explain why to my grandson,.People PLEASE, lets get a grip on things Truck Nuts are no big deal.
And one more thing the 60 + yo woman that try and dress up like a 20 yo REALLY REALLY OFFENDS ME! Put a BRA on those saggy things!

Maybe the state should just instruct the police to be lenient on parents who get angry because they have to explain that stuff to their kids, and end up following the kook in question into the local Food Lion parking lot. Maybe they could just look the other way.
Or maybe they could impose a mandatory 1 year "NO WEARING OF CAMOFLAGE" rule if you are caught with a bumper satchel on your mud bogger. Maybe they could just look the other way. Then no bills have to be passed. Common sense, good taste, and good judgement would hopefully eventually win out.
