Hello I have lived in Pa my whole life and now that I am married with kids, I feel like we are not where we belong! We both want to move south, avoid these nasty winters. We want somewhere close to the coast where we can get a boat go on the lake. I still want to be close enough to drive back to PA every now and again. We love to fish and be outside, go to the beach. Needs to be low crime good schools and neighborhoods. Homes nothing above $400.00 Am I asking for to much? LOL Any help would be fantastic!! Thank You

Do you need a job? Unless you are self-employed and are bringing your work with you, retired with no need to work or independently wealthy, let your employment dictate where you live in Virginia. For many people, jobs are not that easy to come by.

From what you have written, most places in Virginia would fit your criteria since there are many lakes throughout the Commonwealth.

Good luck.
