One dealer in VA gave me real nice price and VA's rate is lower than my resident state. How can I buy a car from VA? Do I pay VA rate or resident state rate?

Are you taking the car you purchased in Virginia home to another state? I believe you will pay titling/sales taxes in your home state when you register the vehicle in your home state with your DMV.

You can buy wherever you like just have the dealer give you a 30 day temp tag so you can get it home for licensing. Ask your home state how it works on Sales Tax because you paid it in Virginia, I believe they credit what you have paid.
