Hi, I'm looking for help for our daughter. She's interviewing for a job in Covington, and we've both looked extensively and can't find any apartments or homes to rent in or around the area.

She and her boyfriend would like to limit their commute to 30 minutes, which I think makes north of Roanoke or Lexington too far. I think they've looked at Clifton Forge as well. They don't mind going north of Covington, but didn't see any rentals there, either. They would be interested in buying in the future, but I'm afraid if they bought in Covington, it would be difficult to resell in the future.

If you have any information, or know of a realtor that might help, I appreciate it!

Did they try across the border in West Virginia? I can get from White Sulphur Springs to Covington in 30 minutes.

Some of the rentals in towns like that are "word of mouth"....I suspect that might be the case for Covngton...Good Luck!
