Default for the nature lover who wants to get it away from it all

There's a truly unique opportunity in beautiful SW Virginia. I read earlier this month that The Nature Conservancy has decided to sell Rikemo Lodge and its 100 acres of mostly forested nature preserve. The rustic 4,000-sq. ft. lodge has 5 bedrooms (each with private bath,) a large great room with an enormous fireplace, a geothermal heat pump, and a covered front porch. Also on the property is a 2-bedroom partially renovated cabin, hiking trails, and a fishing pond.

While certain qualifications and conservation restrictions apply, at just $240K this is a property I'd jump on if I were in the market. I've never been there but have driven by many times while on the way to hiking trails & waterfalls a few miles away. FWIW, Dungannon is a very small town but is just 40-45 min. away from Kingsport, TN.
