Default Need recommendations for cities.

CD members,
I've been looking at cities in Appalachians, I thought about Boone, NC but the amount of Meth users is rediculous according to other users. I'm not going to rule out Boone. I thought Virgina would have more to offer, so that's why I'm writing this.

What I'm looking for
  • Steady Job Market/low unemployment rates
  • Recreation nearby
  • Low cost of living
  • Summers are not too hot, winters are not to cold
  • Cities that still have room for expanded growth
  • Cities that have low crime rates
  • cities that are within the mountains
What I'm NOT looking for
  • Cities with many drug problems
  • Cities with poorly organized programs/government
  • Industrialized Cities
  • Poverty
I'm sure there is more that I can add to the lists. I'm not saying that cities have to be up to my list of wants and don't wants.
