My friend is disabled, living in Powhatan, VA in her home, that includes 26 acres. People have abandoned numerous cats on her property and of course they have multiplied. I live outside the USA and am trying to gather information and resources for her so these cats can be neutered and returned to the property.

Can anyone point me to a clinic, vet or organisation who will help?

Feral Cat Resources
Feral Cat Help & Info - The Cat Corner, Inc.
Richmond Animal League - Project TNR

A quick check found these (and more) - have her check into them?
