Stephens City family drive-thru movie theater announces May 1 opening with strict rules on distancing

link

Lot of people who ordinarily commute on route 50/66 will have an alternative.

May 1 and 2 showings of Trolls World Tour and Onward are sold out.

Family Drive-in

This opening seems very reasonable. I might go.

Seems reasonable but I'll guess the Ladies Room line backs up big time, they might want to get some portable facilities..

Fitness club Q&A

I've heard the industries have asked for protection from lawsuits.

We saw this last night on Facebook. We are thinking we might go in the near future too. Seems very reasonable to me, but some of the comments people were making about it surprised me. Most were very positive, but some thought it was ridiculous for them to open. I figure home to car to drive-in to home seems pretty safe if you are isolated in your own vehicle.

The governor went over the "Move Virginia Forward' blueprint today. I think it seems reasonable. We may be able to move into Phase 1 as early as May 8, which is only 2 weeks away if people can continue to stay patient and stay the course.

It looks like we're starting to enter the 400 new cases per day range from having been in the 600-700's the last week. Hopefully a downward trend will actually occur for the next 2 weeks prior to phase 1.
