Default decent apartments that dont ask for a credit check
I'm looking for an apartment in a decent area, with a decent elementary school (private or public) that's under $1000 and doesnt care about your credit. Currently i work on the southside but i wouldn't mind a commute within 30-45 min. Can anyone offer suggestions??

I have to concur with what Erma said. There's not much trust or handshake contracts anymore either...some folks ruined it for the others, I guess.
