Default Want to move near Waynesboro, VA

Empty nesters looking to retire in valley and want to be near
Waynesboro (Kids live there). Would like a home with views of mountains,
and near a lake or river if possible for fishing. Possibly within 30 minutes
of Waynesboro in safe area. Looking to spend around 250K. Anyone
know of a place like that? Someone suggested Crimora, VA ?

What size house are you looking for? My Mom has her house on the market and there is a river at the back of her large lot....
