Default Areas of Charlottesville

I wanted to know the best places to visit in Charlottesville.

I also wanted to know dangerous areas to avoid when considering buying real estate within Charlottesville. I have a young daughter.

Also I wanted to know if anyone had an idea if the cost of living was increasing or decreasing relative to areas around it.

Thanks.

1) Best places to visit: Every part of town can offer something neat and cool to see: Downtown for shopping/dining/housing.... Carter Mountain Orchard to get an aerial overview of town and fresh fruit, the lawn, the corner, etc. Good site: Charlottesville Albemarle Convention and Visitors Bureau | Official Visitor Information

2) Charlottesville : Crime Statistics Use your best judgment - lots of resources available for you online. The best thing I can do is be a source of the source.

3) prime locations usually command a higher dollar

Hope this helps - Pavel

I also have a home with a pool there she would love! It's for sale FSBO! 4/5 BR $289,900 firm. I moved just 5 miles further into the county as we breed large dogs and needed acreage.
I will keep Ruckersville in mind.

We would be moving sometime down the line so I am sure your house would be long sold but thanks for the offer.
