Default Horse Boarding near Frederickburg, VA
Hello! i need to find a place to board my horse from august 23rd to may 2nd while i am attending the University of Mary Washington. it would be ncie if the barn was located about 30 minutes or less from me! i am an eventer so it would be nice to have jumps but it is not necessary. my horse is very well mannered and not very big! thanks for your help!

there is La Grange on Rt. 3 east about 15 min. from Fred. in King George.

Check Hazelwild (Hazelwild Farm Home Page) on Harrison Road, which is right off of Route 1. I would say max of 15 minutes from UMW.

I have a 15 acre farm with 5 horses, long trails, river access, two barns, riding rings, multiple paddocks, etc. Two other women are here bartering horse care/barn chores a few times per week for free boarding, not including feed and bedding. Would you have time for about 6 shifts plus maybe a half of a work day per month?
