Just Wondering..$
Does anyone here know of any decent homes that are rent (to own) in a good community that are also nice themselves? Money is not really an option. I am trying to fix up my credit, it is not good right now. However as I said money is not a problem. We need to move by Octoberish. Right now we are living in Virginia and paying over 1,550 for a tiny 1400sqft townhouse.. Which is why I'd like to move by October lol.. If not i think it's and extra 500. Well anyways I hope you guys can help. We're interested in a 3bd min and 2b min. Thanks!!

Your message sounds as if you might be in northern VA? Tell us a bit about what you are looking for as far as area, what type of work you do, etc. I'm sure we canpoint you in the right direction!

We are in henrico and hopefully the house will be around locations that would hire a LPN. As long as community is good like Varina, Forest Hill.. doesn't matter really as long as it is not in the city.
Also really looking everywhere (again, except richmond city) so places like Fredericksburg are ok too.

Why don't you try Hampton Roads? With all the hospitals and clinics they have, you shouldn't have a hard time getting a job and there are places that rent to own.

You'd also find a much lower cost of living in the Roanoke area.

Fredericksburg has some high prices--no bargains here! (We are considered part of NoVa!!) I'd think you'd have to go west to find better priced homes.
