RUNNING CLUBS on the Easter Shore?
I just moved here and was wondering if there are any running clubs near my area, Parksley VA?

have never read anything in the paper.... around here you will find just groups of friends/neighbors who walk or bike in areas its safe.... hi I live in lower northampton county

well its worth a shot. Im a memeber of the YMCA sucks that its a 30-35 min drive for me I try to go up there once a week, since I stay at home with two kids it gives them a chance to get out and me too

oh yeah it is, I enjoy the weight machines I have lost 20 lbs since last year so the machines help with the little muscle I have LOL plus having 2 hrs to workout listen to my ipod is actually a break for me with all the cooking cleaning refering I do in a day....not to mention I have two dogs as well ......haahaa
