I was wondering if anyone knew whether the subdivisions off of N29: Still Meadow, Carrsbrook, Northfields had a Home Owners Association? Thank you.

No, though I'm pretty sure Hollymead does. And I'm 100% sure Forest Lakes (North and South) both do.
