We Rochesterians will have to stick togwther as we contemplate our move to Virginia....and like Upstate Dave, we are prepping the house for resale and getting our other ducks in a row....today, the weather has turned to heavy rain and the temps have dropped again and in Roanoke I believe it's in the 70s

..THIS is what I don't want to contend with as I get "older"; the time we're locked in our homes wating for Spring to stay for a while.....no wonder we're the festival capital of the country...we're so desperate to get outside that when nice weather arrives it's no holds bar.....
But weather aside, I'm really concerned about the overall financial health of NY....it seems we are quickly becoming the most expensive in every category and when we're dependant on retirement funds down the road, that doesn't make for very promising "golden years"...
With the beautiful landscape of the state, maybe the govt could turn it into national park sans NYC !!!!!!
