I'm going to School in D.C. I can work wherever I live.
-How much you are willing to spend on housing
I would prefer a low rent, because I will be renting. Not more than 850 a month if at all possible.
-How long of a commute you're willing to tolerate?
I would be willing to travel a little over an hour to work
-If you have kids: Private school or public school?
-What type of neighborhood environment you are looking for: small town feeling? small city excitement? suburbia delight?
Small town feel preferably!!
-Community amenities important to you?
Safe enviornment.
-Pie or cake?
