need advice in va (Manassas, Culpeper: home, school, income)

I would love your opinion on where we should look to move? My family and I want to be close to the country but not like DELIVERANCE, a small country family oriented town but we also need to be around a place that pays well for my field : Heating and Air Conditioning as i am the only income for house. We have an academically and intellectually gifted child so we home school him. Both kids are into sports and out doors. WOW any thoughts

You might try looking into Fauquier or Culpeper counties. They have everything you've said that you're looking for. Also, you wont be too far away from places like Gainesville, Haymarket, Bristow and Manassas, where quality HVAC techs are in demand.
