fishing and r.e farmville (for sale, real estate, houses)

so we are looking at a new relocation job in farmville, i read that there are good fishing lakes for bass, where would they be, they dont show up on maps to well. are these boatable lakes, have boat ramp ect. any houses on the lakes with pvt docks

how is the r.e. market, anyone have any sits that have homes listed? not finding much on realitor.com.
