Doh! Overnight, it got down to 31 over here in Boones Mill. It is supposed to be 12+ degrees colder this week than the average. It is colder than normal all along the east coast. It is even supposed to drop down into the 30s tomorrow night in Saint Augustine, FL!

Cold is quite relative :-)
Well, I grew up with it being -4 in many times in December so this is nothing :-)

For what it's worth - CNBC reported that this winter would start off very cold, then warm up and finish on an extremely cold note! My cat is very confused today - in,out,in,out...and on and on. He doesn't care for cold weather (being 75 in cat years) so he comes in, warms up for about 5 minutes then out again. (now my husband is thinking about the kitty door!) Stay warm everybody!!!!

I moved here from Maine three years ago.
