Default Contemplating a move to the Fort Lee area
Those of you who live in this area, give me a heads up on what you consider bad and good about living there. My kids are grown so I don't have to worry about things like school systems anymore. I'm a professional in the IT field, and I've got the financial means to drop around $200k cash on a house right now.

Sell me on your area, I want to like it and fit in if I decide to move there.

I would go for Cambrige Estates in Hopewell VA

What are you looking for in a town? I'm a huge fan of Petersburg but am also the first person to admit that it isn't for everyone. Do you like historic homes or do you like new developments? Do you want to be in town or on a larger lot?
