P.S. Before you turn down Charlottesville because of the cost of real estate, check out Lake Monticello. It's about 15 miles from Cville and housing costs are a lot lower. Yet the homes are on a gorgeous lake with beautiful sunsets. Haven't heard a bad word about the place.
