Arrow Wanting to start up child care/preschool in Caroline County

Hi there!

I am currently employed by the Federal Government in Prince William County and live in Caroline County. The commute is rather long and I miss being around my children, who are five years and ten months. My mother and I are planning to open an 'in-home' licensed child care center in Ladysmith, VA. I would like to open it soon (but we already have week-long vacations planned in June and one in July) so it looks like I will have to shoot for August.
I will be attending a licensing course in April in order to become licensed.
Does anyone have any thougts, advice, comments, questions, etc... on this??

All is appreciated!
