For anyone who's been to this theme park recently, I have a question. I visited my cousin back in '93, and we went to Kings Dominion. There was a really cool ride there, but don't remember the exact name. I'm also wondering if the ride is still there. I think it was called Tomato something, that's all I remember about the name. The ride: each person got into these seperate red machine things. There was a control stick in there, you could use. The ride threw you every which way, including upside down. It was actually scarier than the coasters I rode, lol.

So anyway, does anyone have any idea, about ride I'm talking about? And is it still there? Thanks.

The ride you're referring to has been gone for a few years now

That's too bad. Just for nostalgia, do you remember the exact name of it?

I had a summer job there in 1982 working an overnight shift cleaning the park. The pay was $3.85/hr. I lasted 2 weeks and never came back.

Ohhh, I remember it now! Yeah, I remember it being called the apple turnover as well. I think the sky pilot is a different ride. (or maybe eventually they renamed it or something)
