Hello all...Happy to have found this forum. Here's our situation: The wife has been accepted to University of Virgina and we're looking to move there in early August and at the present time living in Huntsville, Alabama.
Due to our job situation we cannot go there in person to check out
apartments though obviously we have to make arrangements
before the move this Summer. Does anyone have suggestions for possible
ways to go about this safely (without getting ripped off) so we can secure
a place to live via long distance arrangements?
I know my request may sound strange but seeing that Charlottesville is a
college town one assumes that other future students have needed to make similar living arrangements via proxy. Any and all advice/help will be greatly appreciated.
