Default auto laws?

i have noticed there a lot of huuge trucks down hear virginia beach area. is there no lift laws? also anyone know anyother laws regaurding automobiles? passing inspection, tinting all that stuff? thank you!

Yeah...the laws vary by the weight of the truck as well as if its 4 wheel drive or not.

Unfortunately, state and local officials can be very inconsistent when it comes to enforcing the laws. I hate to scream "discrimination" but many officers target certain people to enforce those laws based on the individual driver, type of truck, location, etc....

Tinted window laws are similar..they are very inconsistent in enforcement. As far as the limits....no tint is allowed on the front windshield, 50% is the darkest for the front driver and passenger sides and 35% is the darkest for rear side and back windows.... They come down hard on the front windows but you could probably get buy with darker back windows...but..as you can see...VA tint laws are a lot stricter than other states that allow 20% or darker in some states

Can't have red or yellow window tinting either...not sure why anyone would want such a hideous window color...lol
