Question looking for land

We're looking for some land, say bout 2-5 acres in the Roanoke area for building a vacation home. It would have to allow either modular or double wides and pass conventional perk.

I've looked thru all the real estate ads & have made inquiries, but no one has seen fit to get back in touch with me. Anyone know of any land available or agents who will actually reply to serious interested parties ????

Thanks & if you're ever surfing in Fredericksburg -- check out our community forum FredTalk !!

I can refer you to a friend of mine that sells real estate on Smith Mountain Lake if you are interested. It is about 30-45 minutes to Roanoke/Lynchburg areas.
