Default Housing costs in Winchester VA

If one had a job in Winchester, would he be able to find housing around $125,000 in a safe area with good schools within a 20 minute commute? My husband plans on relocating to Pittsburgh within the next 2 weeks, but just received a job offer in Winchester as well. We don't know anything about that area, and haven't had time to figure out if we could get housing in our range. Anyone have any input as far as housing in that range? We would need a 4 bedroom or a 3 bedroom with a family room, and a nice yard for 3 kids.

Thanks in advance!

That's a bit of a tall order for that price I think.... You might be able to come close, but not with everything you're seeking I doubt..... That's not to say that it doesn't exist in the foreclosure market, but..... From what I've seen around here you'd probably need around $150K - $175K for all of that.....

Nice area though IMO... A lot of Pittsburgh folks live in these parts...
