What are good rental units in the area?($800-1100) also how are house prices ? Considering buying in about a year thanks

What are you looking for in a rental unit or a house?

Home prices are good, but anything under $200k is selling pretty quickly. As of this month, there is a normal inventory of homes in the Fredericksburg area, so you're not going to see as many crazy deals as there were this past winter/early spring.
