Default savings

I wonder if the savings they are having now are similar to the monstrous savings you got in 2008 .... was it closing assistance and hoa assistance? i hear you with the free options that were already selected and very basic at that ... lol...
cost ended up being about higher then i expected....

Also, the "free" options deal isn't as great as it seems given that all the options have already been selected and ordered since the house was already in the middle of construction. We were, however, able to switch the kitchen countertop granite to Absolute Black because the original black-and-white/salt-and-pepper one didn't appeal to us at all! Also, the deal was only applicable to Manchesters (in the community), so don't feel so bad if that wasn't the model you were interested in!

Our closing is in December so we missed out on the pre-drywall orientation. We do however plan to have a few walkthroughs with the builder superintendent so we can see the progress.

I am considering buying a home at Potomac Club, but have recently heard a lot of negative comments about Potomac Club especially about safety, maintenance and security. Is it a safe place? For those of you who live there now, would you reconsider your decision?

Don't believe everything you hear....do the research and you will find that most are very happy at Potomac Club.

My husband and I have owned the Ryan model townhomes for over two years. We will be renting them within the next 60-90 days. To date, they have only been used as models and have never been lived in. They are both very upgraded and beautifully decorated. The rentals will handled by a professional management company.

Both units have 3-bedrooms and 2-1/2 baths.

If you are interested in a rental property Potomac Club, please contact me via email (vickiwunderle@hotmail.com). More information can be provided upon request.

Thanks!!!
