how does one go about finding rental listings for the Franklin County area? I plan to visit the area next week, but am having trouble finding rental listings-I've called several realtors, but no one seems to be able to help with this matter. I've found a few on line with the local Roanoke paper-but not many. I've had people tell me I wouldn't have any problem bringing my pets(I have a lot). But every ad I've seen online has NO PETS. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I'm looking for 1-2 BR, 1 bath, large yard, and pet allowed-both inside and out-so this would definitely have to be a rural area. Do not mind if it is a MH-I just need a steer in the right direction. Oh yeah, my limit would be $600. Thanks Again

Hrm, yeah this is the country, where there are homes and apartments to rent but hardly ever do they make it into the paper. Typically it's a sign posted in front of the place and the signs don't stay up for very long. There is this place:
